Refunds & Cancelation
For customers that have received their package:
- Refunds are only available for those who insured their package at checkout.
- If you’ve received your package and chose to insure your order at checkout, please contact us immedietly to begin the claim process.
For customers that haven’t received their package yet:
- Refund / Cancellation is available if you have NOT received your package yet.
- If you’d like to cancel your order and get a refund prior to receiving your package, please contact us so we may intercept the order.
- We will need to verify with the shipping company that your package will return to Casto’s Curios prior to issuing a refund.
- This process may take up to 7 business days, depending on the speed in which you contact us, and the response time from the shipping company.

We understand that shit happens, and will do what we can to ensure swift, and fair customer service to everyone that needs it. You can count on us to solve any issue that should arise. We also appreciate your understanding that due to potential liability / legal issues, we cannot take back ammo that has been delivered to you.
